Registered users who purchase consultations on a pay-per-session basis are eligible to receive complimentary consultations as loyalty rewards, based on their usage within each calendar period. All periods are measured in London time (GMT/BST).
Where multiple reward thresholds are met simultaneously, all applicable rewards apply concurrently.
Complimentary consultations earned under this policy have no cash value and are subject to the same terms as all other complimentary consultations. They must be used within 24 months of being issued, after which they will expire.
Complete 3 or more paid consultations within a single calendar month.
Reward: 1 complimentary consultation for every 3 paid consultations completed in that month.
Meet either of the following within any three consecutive calendar months:
— Complete 3 or more paid consultations in each of the three months, or
— Complete 12 or more paid consultations across the three months in total.
Reward: 3 complimentary consultations.
Complete 30 or more paid consultations within a single calendar year.
Reward: 1 complimentary consultation for every 5 paid consultations completed in that year.
When you refer a new user to NEWCOGN using your personal referral link, both you and the person you refer will receive a benefit:
— The referred user will receive 1 additional complimentary consultation upon completing registration via your referral link, in addition to the standard complimentary consultation issued to all new registered users.
— The referring user will receive 2 complimentary consultations once the referred user completes their first paid consultation. This reward will be issued automatically 14 days after the referred user's first payment, provided no refund has been requested or processed in respect of that payment.
Your personal referral link can be found in your account dashboard. There is no limit to the number of users you may refer.
Referral rewards may also be accumulated and redeemed for surprise rewards once a qualifying threshold is reached. The specific redemption policy and threshold will be announced in due course.
Referral rewards have no cash value and are subject to the same terms as all other complimentary consultations.
NEWCOGN will endeavour to issue earned complimentary consultations within one calendar month of the qualifying threshold being reached. If you believe a reward has not been correctly applied, please contact us at NEWCOGN@bycogn.com and we will review your account.
Delays in the issuance of rewards do not constitute a breach of our Terms of Service.
