NEWCOGN is a decision-support service operated by BYCOGN LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. NEWCOGN is designed to help individuals reflect on complex situations, uncertain circumstances, and difficult decisions by providing a structured analytical perspective.

NEWCOGN is not a professional advisory service. Nothing produced by NEWCOGN constitutes legal, financial, medical, psychological, or any other form of professional advice.

By accessing or using NEWCOGN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users by email in a timely manner. Continued use of NEWCOGN following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By using NEWCOGN, you confirm that you meet the minimum age required by the laws of your country or region to use online services of this nature. NEWCOGN is intended for users aged 18 and above.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, please notify us immediately at NEWCOGN@bycogn.com.

NEWCOGN allows you to submit a description of your situation and receive an AI-assisted reading based on our proprietary analytical framework. Each reading is generated in response to the specific input you provide and the specific actions you take during your session — including the six-click process through which your Field Map is determined.

Readings are intended solely for reflective and decision-support purposes. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind. Where your situation involves matters of health, legal rights, financial decisions, family relationships, or any area where professional expertise is required, you should consult a qualified professional or the relevant public authority.

The analytical framework underlying NEWCOGN, including its knowledge base, interpretive system, and all associated content, is proprietary to BYCOGN LTD and is not disclosed to users.

You are responsible for the content of the situation description you submit. The following conduct is prohibited:

Submitting fabricated scenarios that implicate, misrepresent, or could cause harm to the reputation, interests, or privacy of any identifiable individual, organisation, or brand.

Submitting content that is defamatory, pornographic, threatening, or that incites or promotes violence, terrorism, or extremism, or that otherwise violates applicable law or the fundamental standards of human decency.

Attempting to probe, extract, or reverse-engineer any part of NEWCOGN's proprietary knowledge base or analytical framework.

The following conduct is strongly discouraged:

Including in your submission identifiable information relating to third parties, including but not limited to names, addresses, email addresses, financial details, or confidential business information.

Submitting descriptions that concern third parties — in particular public figures, public institutions, well-known brands, or individuals and events of significance or controversy in the political or religious sphere of any jurisdiction. Where reference to a third party is unavoidable, you are strongly advised to use substitute identifiers and to ensure that no information is disclosed or presented in a manner that would allow the third party to be reasonably identified.

BYCOGN LTD reserves the right to take appropriate measures with respect to any content that falls within the categories described above, including but not limited to filtering or withholding such content from display or from the generated reading. Given the inherent limitations of automated detection, we cannot guarantee that all such content will be identified or addressed in every instance.

Registration is not required to use NEWCOGN, but certain features — including the retention of reading records and the management of complimentary consultations — are available to registered users only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Please notify us immediately at NEWCOGN@bycogn.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your account security.

Pricing. Consultations are charged on a per-session basis as a general principle. Current pricing is displayed on the NEWCOGN website at the time of purchase.

Complimentary consultations. Complimentary consultations may be granted to registered users at our discretion, including upon registration, for promotional purposes, or as loyalty rewards based on usage. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, and remain valid for use during the period NEWCOGN remains in operation.

Refunds. Where a technical failure prevents delivery of a reading, or where the reading delivered is materially deficient — in particular where the output is clearly incomplete, bears no reasonable relation to the input provided or the Field Map generated, or is clearly erroneous — you are entitled to request a refund.

Where the service has been delivered as intended, refunds are not issued on the basis of subjective dissatisfaction alone.

Refund requests must be submitted to NEWCOGN@bycogn.com and must include a description of the issue, the relevant order reference, and any supporting evidence. We will review each request and respond within a reasonable time.

Please note that the original payment processing fees charged by our payment provider are non-refundable. Where a refund is issued, the amount refunded to you will be the amount you originally paid; however, the processing fees deducted by the payment provider at the time of the original transaction are not recoverable by NEWCOGN and cannot be returned. These fees are determined solely by the payment provider and are outside NEWCOGN's control.

Loyalty consultations. Registered users who purchase consultations on a pay-per-session basis may be eligible to receive complimentary consultations as loyalty rewards based on usage. Details of the current eligibility criteria and reward structure are set out on the Rewards page of the NEWCOGN website. NEWCOGN will endeavour to issue any earned complimentary consultations within one calendar month of the qualifying threshold being reached. Delays or oversights in the issuance of rewards do not constitute a breach of these Terms by BYCOGN LTD. Complimentary consultations granted under this policy are subject to the same terms as all other complimentary consultations and have no cash value.

All content, systems, branding, and materials comprising NEWCOGN — including but not limited to the analytical framework, knowledge base, generated reading structure, visual design, and written content — are the intellectual property of BYCOGN LTD and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You may retain and share the reading generated for your personal session for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of NEWCOGN's content or output for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of BYCOGN LTD.

NEWCOGN is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any reading generated through the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BYCOGN LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of NEWCOGN, including any decisions made in reliance on a reading.

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of NEWCOGN shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the session to which the claim relates.

We do not accept liability for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including failures of third-party infrastructure, force majeure events, or actions of governmental or regulatory authorities.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
